The weather gods finally decided to smile down on Philly this past Saturday as the city shut down the streets of Rittenhouse Square for the annual Spring Festival. After previewing the tastes of the day at the Rittenhouse Row Kick Off Party this past Tuesday, we all had high expectations for this annual Philadelphia event. As always, when it comes to food and drinks, this city does not disappoint.
Typically, springtime brings to mind thoughts of fuzzy bunnies, polka dot umbrellas, and the occasional painted egg.
