Giroud Gets a New Brand Identity and Website
Giroud has been a premiere tree care service provider for the Greater Philadelphia region since 1974. Recently, they augmented their service capabilities to include lawn care. As they planned for their 2009 marketing and sales growth needs, the Giroud leadership team felt they needed professional help to update their marketing material to better reflect their new capabilities and, at the same time, update their visual brand identity to make it more consistent and attractive to their target market. More specifically, they wanted their marketing collateral to better reflect their reputation for the highest quality tree and lawn care services as compared to their competitors.
Solution:
King Design approached Giroud’s needs in phases starting with an updated logo, fresh color palette, and other new ‘look and feel’ elements. We then re-designed their existing website to better reflect the high quality services they are known for. The primary goal for the site was to instill a sense of confidence via prominent certifications, testimonials, educational tips, bios of key personnel, and relatable imagery with an ultimate goal of leading users to sign up for service via a new contact form. Existing customers are also able to complete an online satisfaction survey. The site was built on a Content Management System (CMS) with an integrated blog to allow Giroud the flexibility of updating their own content as the seasons change and new trends emerge.
